Daisy, whose scientific name is Leucanthemum vulgare, is an herbaceous plant belonging to the Asteraceae family, widespread in Italy. The name Leucanthemum derives from two Greek words, leukos (λευκός) which means white and anthos (ἄνθος), which means flower.
